  • How do I transfer pictures to my keychain?
    • Plug the keychain into an available USB port on your PC.

    • Once you have all of the pictures that you want on the keychain, press the Synchronize button in the upper right of the PhotoViewer software.

Troubleshooting...

  • I plugged the jump drive in, but when I try to view the files by going into My Computer it tells me, “The drive is not formatted.” What is wrong?
    • You must use the PhotoViewer software to view and transfer pictures to and from the keychain.
  • When I open the PhotoViewer software I get a message that says, “No Photo Viewer is found, program terminated!” What is wrong?
    • Make sure that the keychain is securely connected to the adapter and that the “USB Update” option is selected. If the problem still occurs, the USB adapter may be bad. Please contact the place of purchase for warranty assistance.
  • When I plugged my keychain into my computer I got a “USB Device Not Recognized” message, what is wrong?
    • Make sure that the keychain is securely connected to the adapter and that the “USB Update” option is selected. If the problem still occurs, the USB adapter may be bad. Please contact the place of purchase for warranty assistance.
  • When I saved my picture from my keychain to my computer it is now a small BMP file. Is something wrong?
    • No. The PhotoViewer software converts the pictures to the optimal size to store 60 pictures. The keychain is viewing device, not a storage device.
  • When I tried to format my keychain I got an error message that said, “Windows was unable to complete the format.” What is wrong?
    • The keychain cannot be formatted from Windows. Use the PhotoViewer software or the Delete function on the keychain to remove all of the pictures from the keychain.
